Oct. 5 Near Lakehouse: Hops and Harvest Festival!

Craft brewers, local chefs, and eclectic artisans converge in Columbia every year for the Hops and Harvest Festival. This year on Saturday, October 5th, they’ll all return to Town Center for the autumn festivities! Of course, local entertainers will also be on hand to keep the bash going from noon until 5 p.m.

If you plan to partake in the booze, pace yourself so you can check out lots of different vendors. Enjoy a pint from Black Flag Brewing Co., The Brookeville Beer Farm, or Jailbreak Brewing Company. Sip on spirits from Gray Wolf Craft Distilling or Ellicott Distilling Co. Savor a glass of vino from Il Dolce Winery or Urban Winery. Then shop some of the handcrafted items made by local artisans or products from small businesses, enjoy live music by bands such as Miss Moon Rising and Pressing Strings, and devour bites by the area’s best chefs.
