Enjoy Authentic Latin Cuisine at Cilantro’s Neighborhood Cantina

Cilantro’s Neighborhood Cantina is an authentic Latin restaurant and bar that opened this past August. It all began when owner Yampier Santana came to the United States from Cuba. His dream was to open a restaurant. To turn that dream into reality,  Yampier spent twelve years working in the food industry to master the knowledge needed for opening his own place. The art of cooking, management, and customer service all combined to create the core of Santana’s restaurant.

 Everything is made in-house at the Glenelg location, all with local ingredients. The new restaurant creates its food based on traditional Latin recipes that feature a variety of mama’s enchiladas, fajitas, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and signature dishes. Their diet friendly menu also comes equipped with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free items.

Cilantro’s is also known for its deliciously fresh margaritas and extensive list of tequila, which is divided by blancos, reposados, and anejos. They also have a selection of cocktails and local craft brews. Along with their extensive menu, Cilantro’s offers catering services, believing that parties are better paired with tacos and tapas.
