Shop Fresh, Seasonal Produce at the Howard County Sunday Farmers Market

3 September, 2020 | Apartments

Just because August has come and gone doesn’t mean farmers’ market season is over! The Howard County Sunday Farmers Market stays open for business until November 8th, so you still have plenty of opportunities to check it out. It runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Sunday at the parking lot at 5851 Robert Oliver Place.

Interested in some local produce? While they’re in-season, pick up some apple and plums from Lewis’ Orchard. Grab squash, sweet potatoes, and turnips from Kenny’s Produce. Snag a slice of NY crumb cake or a few cookies from Stone House Cakery & Cafe, or treat yourself to egg- and milk-free cinnamon rolls from Vegan Soul. When it gets closer to November, you can even get your holiday tree from TLV Tree Farm—a vendor that also sells jellies, wreaths, and pumpkins.
