March 13 Near Lakehouse: Happy Hour Hike at Patapsco Valley State Park

Going out for happy hour has become a lot more complicated over the past year. Sole2Souls is bringing back the treasured tradition with a new hiking series—and there’s a Happy Hour Hike coming up on Saturday, March 13th at Patapsco Valley State Park. It combines fresh air and craft beer in a safe and fun way.

The event kicks off at 1 p.m. with a guided two-mile hike through the park. Hikers are asked to maintain a safe social distance from other parties and keep their masks on whenever that’s impossible. You’ll glimpse beautiful views of the river while you work up a sweat, and then you have time to cool down at a picnic area post-hike. The cost of your registration ($25) includes a brew from Manor Hill Beer, but you’re invited to buy extra drinks or BYO if you prefer. With horseshoes and cornhole sets available, along with crackling fires, you’re welcome to hang out for a while and enjoy the socially-distanced fun.
