Mother’s Day can feel incredibly special when it’s homemade! You can give your mother a special day right here at Lakehouse! Make her breakfast in bed, make sure the chores are done, and craft handmade cards to make her feel like a queen.

Then, are you ready to uncork a weekend of fun? Symphony Woods in Columbia, MD, is about to come alive with the vibrant spirit of the Wine in the Woods Festival on May 18-19, 2024. Set against the backdrop of picturesque Symphony Woods, this festival offers an enchanting atmosphere. Enjoy live music, delicious cuisine, and a variety of Maryland wines- there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Later, Memorial Day is celebrated as a United States federal holiday dedicated to honoring and mourning U.S. military persons who lost their lives in the Armed Forces. 

While we honor Memorial Day, the 3-day weekend also marks the unofficial start of summer. Many people take the opportunity to celebrate and relax with parades, beach visits, and barbeques.
