Sip an Experimental Cocktail at The Periodic Table

17 September, 2020 | Apartments

Bao bun sliders with pork belly and plum sauce. Tuna nachos with pineapple and wasabi peas. Seared scallops gratin with goat cheese mornay. The Periodic Table dabbles in all different kinds of cuisine, which is part of the reason it’s been such an instant hit with customers since opening recently. The craft cocktails and mocktails don’t hurt, either.

Order takeout or delivery, or come sit down in the dining room or out on the patio at The Periodic Table. Each option provides a slightly different dining experience, but the food and drink are the same. Complement one of the aforementioned apps with an “experimental cocktail,” maybe the Dissertation. It consists of mezcal, maraschino liqueur, lime, and green chartreuse. You can also skip the booze and enjoy a mocktail like the Nojito with blood orange puree, lime juice, mint, soda water, and a lime wedge. After the first course, devour a main dish such as the roasted cauliflower “steak” with chimichurri and shishito peppers or the meatloaf with cheddar whipped potatoes and glazed rainbow carrots.
